"The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. "We really enjoyed this property! Walking down to the Sandwich Boardwalk was so easy, and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful! There was a water view from the bedroom which was unexpected! The backyard is huge, so many chairs..., enough for a second floor deck, a lower deck and a fire pit area were more than we expected! We have vacationed on Cape Cod for many years, however this Sandwich property really opened our eyes to several things that we have been missing by staying in Provincetown every year... We cannot wait to stay here again !"

"This stay was a little more meaningful to me than the average vacation. I came to the Cape on a solo trip that was part birthday celebration, part genealogy research, and part homecoming to a place that holds a lot of family history for me. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.The location was perfect. The neighborhood is adorable, filled with quintessential Cape Cod homes, and I felt completely safe staying here alone. It was also wonderfully walkable. I walked to The Brown Jug for incredible pizza and went back another morning for coffee and a pastry, which quickly became one of my favorite little parts of the trip.The apartment itself is every bit as beautiful as the photos. It’s stunning, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. After long days spent visiting cemeteries, digging through old records, exploring places connected to my family, and generally having a lot of feelings about all of it, coming back here genuinely felt like coming home.I also celebrated my birthday during my stay, which made the whole experience even more special.Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. This was one of those places that became part of the memory of the trip rather than simply where I stayed. I was genuinely sad to leave, and I would absolutely stay here again."

Historic Cape Cod 3BR Home in Sandwich – Walk to Beach & Dining

"We loved this house. Adorable, functional, very well appointed with extras to make us comfortable, 5 min walk to town and shops, 15 min walk to gorgeous marshes, boardwalk and beach. We did a beautiful walk along the beach to the Treehouse brewery which was fun (a 30 min walk ). Outdoor space was ok-cushions were wet due to rain so we didn’t sit out there but once everything dries out I’m sure it would be nice. We loved the nice sized living room and couch to watch TV late, and the kitchen was a great setup with all the necessities. There is laundry and an outdoor shower which was great. Upstairs stairs are steep as others have said so be careful."
