Insalubre;aucune hygiene .oreillers tres sals; canapé en tissu tout taché d 'auréoles;placards de rangement completement encombré de vieilles couvertures humides et moisies. l odeur etait insoutenable. Nous avions deux gros rats qui avaient leurs nids dans le petit jardin.Nous avions des problemes pour manger dehors. La cafetiere etait cassée et aucune poubelle. Bref un véritable SQUAT.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans cet appartement, Ă  l’arrivĂ© nous avons senti une forte odeur d’humiditĂ© et de poubelles qui est restĂ©e tout au long du sĂ©jour. Le quartier Ă©tait horrible, trĂšs mal frĂ©quentĂ©, impossible de sortir seule. Nous avons dĂ» prendre des uber tout le temps pour nous sentir en sĂ©curitĂ©. L’appartement n’était pas trĂšs propre, nous avons eu la compagnie d’un rat pendant 3 jours qu’on a fini par retrouver mort au milieu du jardin. Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre d’une Ă©norme blatte. Il n’y a pas de poubelle dans l’appartement, ni de rangements pour les vĂȘtements. En bref, un sĂ©jour angoissant stressant et bordĂ©lique pour 4 jeunes filles venues passĂ© du bon temps.

MalgrĂ© un accueil agrĂ©able, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçues par l’appartement. En effet, il Ă©tait sale Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (pourtant des frais de mĂ©nage ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ©s...) : crasse, poussiĂšre, toiles d’araignĂ©es, taches sur le canapĂ©. Bien qu’il soit prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce que les draps sont fournis, ce n’était pas le cas : seul un drap poussiĂ©reux Ă©tait installĂ©. Une odeur de renfermĂ© et d’humiditĂ© est constamment prĂ©sente malgrĂ© une aĂ©ration quotidienne. Contrairement aux photos, l’appartement n’est pas lumineux et, qui plus est, les possibilitĂ©s de s’éclairer sont moindres (lampes de chevet). La jardin est mignon mais attendez vous Ă  devoir le partager avec les rats Ă  la tombĂ©e de la nuit (d’ailleurs l’un d’entre eux a dĂ©cidĂ© de mourir sous notre fenĂȘtre ce qui a engendrĂ© une douce odeur de dĂ©composition). Quartier proche de la gare mais assez insĂ©curitaire. Pour conclure, un avis assez nĂ©gatif et un rapport qualitĂ©-prix qui laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer.
