With a surface area of 32mÂČ, recently renovated in a bohemian chic atmosphere, the flat consists of an entrance with a bathroom, a kitchen opening onto a bright living room equipped with a double bed (140) opening onto a small terrace.

Sacha Vauban is such a great neighbourhood. Check-in / out was seamless and view from balcony amazing. Clean, tidy, comfortable, simple, not expensive. Recommend.

"Sacha" liegt mitten in Marseille, vom Balkon sieht man weit ĂŒber die Stadt. Mit dem sehr gĂŒnstigen 72 Stunden-Ticket konnten wir von diesem Standort aus die ganze Stadt bis an den Stadtrand erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön dekoriert und eingerichtet. Das Bett war gut. Und der Vermieter hat freundlicher Weise einige wichtige Essenzielles wie Salz, Olivenöl, Tee und Toilettenpapier zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. :) Vielen Dank fĂŒr Alles.

Sacha Lovely apartment woth a short walk to the Old Port, the town centre and travel links. Hosts were really friendly and flexible with check in times. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for accomodation :))

Sacha "L' accueil Ă©tait froid et expĂ©ditif , nous ne recommandons pas ce logement il est trĂšs mal isolĂ© il impossible d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres car trop bruyant de nuit comme de jour . Sacha "Eine schöne einfache Unterkunft fĂŒr eine Woche, wenn man nicht jeden Tag selbst kocht, praktisch gelegen. 🙂 Sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr praktisch, aber einfach. Es ist hell, viele Fenster, vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick ĂŒber die Stadt. Es heizt sich nicht auf, da das Appartement nach Norden geht. Man darf nachts allerdings nicht empfindlich sein, was StraßengerĂ€usche angeht. Etwas kompliziert war die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe, es muss extra jemand kommen der dann dort wartet oder wieder weggeht, wenn sich der Anlieger verspĂ€tet. Ein fehlender Kissenbezug wurde dann aber sofort unkompliziert nachgeliefert, alle waren sehr freundlich und bemĂŒht. 🙁 Manches ist ein bisschen wackelig und könnte mal eine neue Schraube vertragen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist klein, aber auch nachts noch recht viel befahren, so dass es ziemlich laut ist. FĂŒr den Standard fanden wir den Preis zu hoch, das mag aber daran gelegen haben, dass zeitgleich der Papst in Marseille war und die Stadt insgesamt sehr ausgebucht war."

Sacha "We had an amazing time here! The view from the balcony was definitely worth it. Within walking distance from the View Port and very close to the metro (9min walk). The apartment is clean and spacious. The host were also very responsive to our questions and change of hours. Would recommend this place and come back for sure!"

Sacha "Appartement correspond Ă  la description avec sa belle vue sur Marseille. Par contre la rue est extrĂȘmement bruyante et l’appartement mal insonorisĂ©. Nous pouvons entendre les discussions sur le palier et les voiture de la rue mĂȘme avec les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es

Nous avions sĂ©lectionnĂ© ce logement car l’annonce indiquait parking, au final, aucun parking Ă  disposition et pas de parking public gratuit Ă  proximitĂ© comme nous l’a indiquĂ© l’agence. Apres avoir tournĂ© en rond dans Marseille, nous avons enfin trouvĂ© une place « Ă  proximitĂ© », 20 minutes Ă  pied de l’appartement. Attention si vous venez en voiture ! Pour le reste, appartement fonctionnel et conforme a la description, l’emplacement est idĂ©al par contre, rue bruyante et appartement mal insonorisĂ©, nous avons Ă©tĂ© plusieurs fois rĂ©veillĂ© la nuit par des scooters.

Sehr gute Betreuung beim Empfang und Einweisung! Objekt gut und wie beschrieben. Kleinere Nachteile: kein Haken zum Befestigen des Duschkopfes. So dass der Duschkopf stĂ€ndig festgehalten werden musste. TĂŒr schloss etwas beschĂ€digt, machte keinen sicheren Eindruck. Ansonsten aber sehr schön, gute Lage, Supermarkt in 5 min Laufweite.
