Book a Maronan Cottage

Great place to stay, nice and quiet and plenty of parking.

Friendly staff, as new facilities, comfortable bed and seating. Quiet units which are beautifully presented and the units are huge. Went back for a second stay within a week.

Value for money, super clean rooms, friendly staff and bonus was spa bath tub.

Lovely quiet spot and so clean. Host was very friendly and obliging.

Outstanding service, very friendly owners, rooms in immaculate condition, well done

My family of 6 wanted to getaway for the weekend from the city. With 4 young ones we opted for a short road trip and an overnight stay with loads of fun activities throughout. Our stay here was amazing. The 2bd flats was the cozy and the kids loved the bunk beds. A playground was right outside our door with a trampoline and a pool! Parking was right outside our door too. Friendly people definitely recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming great place lovly and clean nice and quite

Right on the railway line - my heart fell but in truth I did not hear on train at all. Very gracious and pleasant hosts, clean and tidy room, very good heating.

Really nice place to stay, we will be back

Perfectly located!! Thanks ski time for another terrific stay

Clean, lovely room, parking available, such friendly staff and pet friendly

Beautiful very spacious very large living and bedrooms. We slept like a baby and it was a self sufficient stay with a proper kitchen, milk stocked, coffee etc. etc. The TV were a bit outdated as they weren't connected to the Internet which could have been better but overall, fantastic property and a great overnight stayer if you are heading to Christchurch to catch a plane or have arrived in the evening at Christchurch and are heading to an alpine retreat

Stayed overnight and it was wonderful. Jenny & Ken were so welcoming and friendly offering us great choices for dining in town. Our room was lovely & airy with fantastic views of the garden area. Two beautiful cats and a dog made it so homely. The amenities in our room were great and very clean and the scrumptious cooked breakfast served up by Ken topped our stay there. Highly recommend +++

What a charming place! This place was more than I hoped. Beautiful styled while allowing for comfort. The surrounds are stunning and the home is delightful. I will be recommending this to friends who need a relaxing stop to recharge. We didn’t want to leave!!

This place is a short walk to the centre of town to the great restaurants/bars or shops to do some retail therapy of some unique goods. Friendly and very helpful hosts.

Great location with good parking. Easy walk into the township. Clean & quiet property. Comfy bed. Basic amenities but lovely tea, coffee & hot chocolate. Have stayed multiple times & would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our short stay

Had the most lovely one night stay here ever, the grounds are amazing, so I got to enjoy taking photos of the gorgeous gardens, the unit while older has been modernised beautifully, was immaculately clean, and one of the largish units ever. The manager was lovely and welcoming, overall our stay was perfect ~ highly reccomend this motel, value for money to boot!!
