"We were lucky enough to book this place last minute and so glad we did - it was amazing. Friendly hosts who provided a wonderful welcome basket of milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, crisps granola and bread which was a really thoughtful touch. The place is huge and comfortable and we lit an open fire which was lovely. The accommodation is isolated from the main farm and is therefore wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The main bedroom is enormous and the king size bed very comfortable. The kitchen is v well stocked with a large larder. Would loved to have stayed another night but they were booked. Would 100% recommend. "

"This was a lovely big room in a motel recently built. While I had to myself, it would have been lots of space for two people without falling over one another. Kitchen had everything I needed including a dedicated freezer. Just saying if you are on the upper floor, you have to climb a staircase that is semi-covered. Also many heavy goods vehicles going past on the SH2. Just keep your windows shut and curtains closed. "

"Room was bigger than we thought it was going to be and well stocked for kitchen use. Staff were warm welcoming and friendly. Just a lovely quiet place to stay and we will be back on our next trip. "
