"Hi. It is a very new and very fine place. When you have arrived it is very good. However, the check in procedure is not easy for guests and really needs to improve. It will probably be better in the future since it is very new."

"We stayed here as a family of 4 for one night before our Disney hotel reservation and it was excellent. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and close to the shopping mall val d’Europe. Free parking on site, hotel staff are welcoming and multi-lingual would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone."

"The hotel overall is in good condition. The staff is very friendly and it’s in a good location near the Disney parks. My experience however, was frustrating piling from a broken water dispenser in two floors to a toilet that would easily get clogged and a front desk employee who sent the front door guard to ask for our room number when we were just putting things away in the car like we wanted to run away? Mind you, the booking was fully paid since the beginning so I don’t understand the hassle....
