"Check in staff excellent & lobby with Starbucks & pub very useful indeed. Room comfortable & clean with a nice view. UF there was a negative, it would be the window frames which had not been cleaned ever & were dusty to the point of mould. However, this did not detract from an overall great stay. "

"Staff friendly and helpful. Just be aware that there is a £5 overnight parking fee per car. However, this is discounted from £8 overnight that I believe may be advertised on the Parking signs."

"The property is lovely, scenic in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a comfy double room for 1 night which was fine and we appreciated the amenities in the room (iron/ironing board, bottled water etc). It was generally clean, with some minor points. The soundproofing isnt great as you could hear people in the corridor and the neighbouring room but thankfully it was a peaceful night. The staff were friendly and overall it is a nice Hotel and I would stay again. We were dissappinted that breakfast was unavailable in the morning as it was fully booked. We did ask the day before and were told there was no need to book and to just go to the restaurant in the morning. We understand it was Mothers Day that morning but we should have been told to book a table for breakfast. The fact that we were hotel guests didnt mean anything. "

"I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived at this hotel. Iit overlooked the river Avon, and we could see a little waterfall from our window. The mill wheels was working just outside the dining room window. It would be lovely in the summer. The only downside was the choice for breakfast. However you get what you pay for and as a really cheap hotel it exceeded expectations and when next i go to Bath i will stay there. As a bonus it also has a toll road running into Bath which cost £1.20p cash or card. Very convenient."

"Centrally located, this hotel has modern updated rooms, and sits across from St. John’s church in Cirencester. No parking onsite, but there is long stay parking within a five minute walk, as well as a drop off zone directly in front of the hotel, to facilitate luggage deposit. Would definitely stay again."
