The bathroom was lovely and I must make mention of the maids and turn down service which was lovely. They were so efficient that we only used a towel once and then it had been replaced even though we’d hung them back up and didn’t really need replacing. Their washing bill must be huge! The bed was really short though; I’m only 5ft4” and my feet...
"The front desk help was exceptional. They were very patient with helping me understand the shuttle times and local ferry schedule above and beyond the call of duty. The view for breakfast is unmatched and alone worth staying here. My girlfriend was so happy with this location and remembers it as a highlight of our trip to Italy. To reiterate, the bald gentleman with glasses at the front desk offered unmatched customer service which was very unusual compared to other places we stayed in Europe."
