After checking in to room later in the day, I noticed the door lock was faulty and raised this with reception. A swift resolution was made with relocation to a new room - hassle free. Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Location of hotel was perfect for us to navigate Brussels. Most popular sight seeing spots you could get to within a 10-15 minute walk, with Gare Central Station being 3 mins from the hotel. Only could stay one night but will definitely return in the future. The most thoughtful gesture capped our stay: we had a very early flight and had to check out long before breakfast was served. Without us even asking, he prepared a generous and hearty "to-go" breakfast for us to take to the airport. This level of attentive and personal care is rare and so deeply appreciated.
