Good location across the street from the main train station. A/c is non existent if that matters to you do not stay here, had to open the window (20 plus outside) just to cool the room down. Great staff. Decent view.

We booked a family room for 3 friends travelling together. The room had a double bed and 2 singles and a small ensuite bathroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The morning after our stay we made use of the free luggage storage lockers so we could explore Brussels before our night train. It was conveniently located for the Midi station and it was around a 30 minute walk into the city

The hotel was a quick hop from the station and 20 min walk from the city so a great place if you are short on time and want to squeeze in some sights. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The bed was possibly the comfiest I’ve slept in whilst travelling, and a very cosy room. TV with English channels was a bonus. A small fridge would have helped and maybe a kettle in the room but there were facilities downstairs so that’s being picky. Overall a very good stay and highly recommend.

Location was ideal. Just minutes from the Brussels-Midi train station, no taxi needed. It was a good walk into town, but definitely walkable to get to the Grande Place and many of the sights, great bars and restaurants. We were only there overnight, and spent most of our time out and about, so the very small room was not a big inconvenience. The staff was very welcoming and there was a coffee bar in the lobby offering everything from a macchiato to hot chocolate to tea, and a place to sit and relax. Breakfast was available, but we didn't try it. The area is what you would expect so close to a train station, but the convenience was definitely worth it as we were taking the Eurostar the next day.
