The staff were friendly. The facility was clean and appropriately quiet. My friend and I walked right past the check-in counter the first time since it’s tucked to the side, but everything else was great."

"Excellent location near the main square of Delft, 5 minute walk from everything, including the train station. On a beautiful and quiet canal side street. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, excellent bedding, towels, robes. Bar and restaurant off the lobby, where breakfast is included. Staff was very helpful making recommendations for adventures and restaurants. There was a Saturday market near the central square that was fun to shop. Highly recommend!"

We never heard anyone in neighbouring rooms as the sound insulation was excellent."
