CitizenM was a dream! The anesthetic is so colourful and warmly invitiing. The Ambassadors go out their way to assist you and help in any way. Their courtesy, respect and helpfulness was always genuine. The girls were very knowledgeable about shopping and where to eat in the area and made great recommendations that helped make my trip so wonderfully complete! I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone!

Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a quiet and charming area. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Various public transport options also nearby. Room was clean, stylish and sufficient with excellent views (that we were free to choose during check-in). Would definitely like to stay here again.

Nice hotel Expect small! They use every inch. I think it’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed at, but it was comfortable and the tablet they give you to control the temperature and lights is a nice touch

Definitely stay here

Amazing location, really lovely feel to the place and staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and other food offered. Cool app on which you can access room controls e.g. lights, tv, window blinds etc, as well as earning badges for your stays, gamification style.
