"The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, despite me booking a king room with a sofa bed, I was only given a king room as they only have 2 of those types of rooms and both were "sold out"."

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "
