"The room was musty & dusty. Pillows were good, bed ok, bedding was poor.. Staff was friendly in all areas, easy fast check in. "

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "

"The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. "

"Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!"
