Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
The one "working" elevator was out of service 4 times in the 48 hours I stayed here. I was on the 4th floor and I'm handicapped. I will never stay here again. Also, no microwave is a huge miss.

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
Room was clean. I had a meeting that I needed to attend and it would be late getting to the hotel I called ahead and the staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to get My key and check out my room and drop off my bags. Big relief for me. Cookie was delicious too

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
Bathroom was NOT GOOD. Toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall...just shoved into the WHOLE in the wall where it should have been. Shower was not working properly either...will not stay there again.
