"Good hotel. Great breakfast. The staff is ok, maybe they could be a little more helpful and attentive. I chose a special room in “the level” and when I asked for information in the regular reception area about breakfast, the man rudely dismissed me by saying, oh you’re in the level, yo need to go to the other reception for information. I only wanted to know the time for breakfast and checkout. Then had to wait until the person in the level reception finished checking in a guest only to ask a simple question that could have been solved by the first rude man.
