"It was wonderful. Pedro snd Enrique welcomed us at reception. They were great. Our room was ready. We couldn’t have an upgrade as there were no rooms available. We did have a lovely spacious room though and great shower room. We also booked a premium room for our daughter and family which was fab and close by. We spent most of the day at the pool. Sunbeds and towels provided and lifeguard all day. It was really fabulous trip"
