I am very disappointed with my stay at the Alicia Apartment. I paid quiet a bit of my hard earned money to have a comfortable stay and this did not happen. I was over charged and did not get to wash my laundry like the hotel stated in their provided services. I also had to pay for items they stated would be provided free of charge. I booked 2 nights and did not receive a confirmation email and they did not refund me my $100. I also was unable to have access to the wifi for a very long time which was not pleasant. I am very disappointed in this property and will never stay here again or visit the Philippines ever again it is very uncomfortable.

This hotel is good for any requirements when dealing with catching a flight or arriving at the airport. The rooms could use a night light and a bedside table if they wanted to add a little more comfort to the experience. I left my pharmaceutical medicine in the fridge when I was in a rush and left in the hotel van to the airport and the hotel was nice enough to call the driver and get him to return to the hotel so that I could pick it up. Luckily we hadn't driven very far, otherwise I'm sure it would have been a different story. I was beyond grateful that they did this. Had they not called, my trip onwards would have been much, much worse. Thank you Alicia Apartment!!

The apartment doesn’t have parking and noisy hammering during 7am. Nothing amenities. Stayed for two days never clean my room. I can’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

If you are an expat traveling through the area, this place probably isn’t for you. The staff very nice, but the location was in a scary looking area and the rooms while not the worst had small blood stain on the mattress

The pictures of the rolms are deceiving. The staff was nice enough but avoided because of english. The building is located in a densely populated residential area. There is no parking and a congested 1 way street. Which is also difficult to find. Overall the staff seemed nice enough to my companions ans romms where clean and dated even for the Philippines. We had to park at airport. Then shuttle to car.i live in the Philippines and there is better for comparable price.

Lower tier accomodation in the middle of a people neighbourhood. You can walk in the street surounded by children as there is little trafic, and eat from a street eatery, which will allow you to fraternise with its owner, usually a lady. Sympathetic experience overall! A 20 minutes walk from the airport.

無料往復シャトルと書いてあったのに片道だけ無料だと言われ帰りは料金を取られた。 メッセージを何回しても返信が来なかったのでシャトルを利用する際は注意が必要。 ホテルのアメニティが酷い。 シャンプー、ドライヤー、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーがない。 トイレに虫が浮いていた 治安が悪い 大雨だったのに夜中に外でずっと騒いでる人たちがいて怖かった。 壁が薄いのか物音がうるさかった
