"Last-minute stay at Rockaway, and this property came up. Booked it only for a night, but from check-in to check-out, it was a great stay. 3rd floor with a beautiful ocean-view room. Love the old-school physical room key, full kitchen with dishes and cups. The only little quirk was that the back half of the room was dark, almost like they forgot to replace a floor lamp in the corner. No worries for us, though. Definitely staying here again next time Rockaway comes up! "

"Something for everyone! If you're energetic, there's lots of beach for jogging/walking. If you have difficulty walking, or are just lazy, there are lovely views from the deck and firepit. If the weather is stormy, sit by the wood stove and enjoy awesome views out the floor to ceiling windows. "

"This was our second stay. Hope to stay again. Good location. Good amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Well supplied with necessities. I apologize I forgot to start the dishwasher on the day we departed. But did get laundry started. "

"Property is just as described/depicted. This is a cozy bungalow on the beach with amazing beach views to the front and mountains to the back. It is fully furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. There are ample bath towels that are thick and extra long. The enclosed front room gives sweeping views of the shore even during colder times. Large front porch with 4 chairs and a table for porch coffee and evening meals outside. Overall excellent experience! Please note, this is a basic needs property so if you want highend or modern this is not the place for you. Bunk bed is better suited for those under 15. Also, there is no grocery store so buy before you get to town or go to the Dollar General down the street for best grocery/beer prices. "
