"This is the second time we've booked this property, because it fits our two small familes so perfectly. It's cozy, we can bring our dogs, it's in a great location and had everything we are looking for in a rental. Small but well-stocked kitchen, a TV that is way bigger than we have at home (plus one in the bedroom), a good sized dining table that is also perfect for playing games, and comfy couches to relax into at the end of a day after a busy day at the coast and then soaking in the hot tub. Great restaurants nearby, and the host has some excellent recommendations left for guests in the house. We'll be back!"

"Great house for a large family or 3-4 couples. Right on the beach, with great sunset views from the hottub and upper deck. The kitchen is a bit small, but the rest of the common space is large and spacious, plenty of room to spread out! Would definitely stay here again! "

" The beach is just right over the backyard berm and we walked on the beach allot! The backyard fire pit and lights were also used every night. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. This is an older house with older furnishings but that's clearly shown in the pictures and I think the price is just right for the quality level. Everything was clean and well stocked. There were no unreasonable asks for checking out. I would highly recommend this VRBO. "
