"The room was spotless and very big. Despite being the noisy room overlooking the street we had no issues with it. My only concern, lovely and friendly as they were was room service was too early and they walked in too soon to get to the door. A simple sign on the door to say we didnt need it would have helped. We would happily stay again."

"This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The fresh milk bottle was very nice touch. The room was extremely clean with attention to all the small details. The area is very quiet and walkable. I would totally stay there again if I end up planning another trip in the future with highly recommended to my fellow travelers."

"Lovely holiday in Gisborne. Small bed but spotless room with everything we needed. We loved the coffee machine in the foyer and used the lovely pool in the hot weather. Staff were excellent. We will return "
