Poggio al sole is a beautiful and spacious apartment set in a particularly well-kept residential context that offers a beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool area, a solarium area equipped with sunbeds and gazebo and a tennis court. The property is located in the center of Manerba del garda and is accessible to all services without having to use public transportation or the car. The completely renovated apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a terrace with barbecue overlooking the large, pool a hallway with a closet, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. As a reminder, the property is air conditioned and has a private garage and free parking spaces on the street



The pool can be used from May 15 to September 30 barring unforeseen weather events.



Additional services include internet connection, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, towels and bed linen. This property has guidelines regarding waste separation. A crib and high chair are also available in this apartment upon request.

Toller Urlaub

Pros: Tolle Anlage mit super Pool. Das Apt. ist sehr gemütlich, es fehlt eigentlich nichts, gutes Bett, ruhige Gegend, sehr gute Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage Parken. Der See ist auch nicht weit weg. Cons: Alles war gut, keine Mängel.

Relax totale

Pros: La casa è ben strutturata e adatta per 3/4 persone. Il terrazzino è molto comodo per i pasti e per la griglia ed ha vista piscina. La casa rimane fresca anche se è disponibile aria condizionata. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario, pentole padelle stoviglie. Il bagno è ampio ed è disponibile la lavatrice. La zona notte è molto grande, letto comodo e armadio spazioso. Il must è la piscina sotto casa, la comodità di uscire ed essere in acqua è top. Il venerdì fuori dal Resort c'è il mercato comunale, quindi ottimo per la spesa. Vicina al piccolo centro dove sono presenti ristoranti, bar e minimarket. Box utilissimo per tenere l'auto al fresco. Cons: Niente, tutto ottimo.

Freundliche und saubere Apartment Anlage

Pros: Toller, großer und sauberer Pool. Täglich anwesender, freundlicher Bademeister. Ruhige Umgebung zum entspannen und trotzdem auch schön für Kinder. Cons: Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgt nicht an der Wohnung sondern an der Agentur (andere Adresse). Es wurden aber Handlungsanweisungen per Video geschickt oder auch sofort per WhatsApp auf Probleme reagiert (das ist positiv). Der Zugang zur Tiefgarage (Aufsperren) hat hier gefehlt, da mussten wir ein bisschen ausprobieren und suchen, war aber auch schnell gefunden.
