9 km from Cannes on the heights of Mandelieu, beautiful Provencal house located on a 1200m² garden with pool heated on request (10mx5m - 80-200cm depth - Alarm). Parking 3 cars. Town center, shops and supermarket 2 km. Golf and Sandy beach 4 km. Beautiful vue on the Cannes bay and the Lerins islands

Nice 6-room air-conditioned villa of 230 m² on 2 levels : Living/dining room of 50 m² with TV(Sat), CD/DVD, Internet. Open gallery with 1 sofa bed. Fully equiped Kitchen. 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. On the lower floor: Master bedroom with 1 double bed (2x80), TV, Bath/WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), TV, Bath/WC. 2 bedrooms with each 1 double bed (140), TV. Shower/WC.. Terrace of 100m² partly covered, south facing position. Terrace furniture, BBQ. Very nice panoramic sea view. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Parking (3 cars). Electricity fees to be paid locally.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.

Une villa très agréable

La villa offre une vue magnifique sur la baie, la piscine est assez grande pour 8/10 personnes, la climatisation est un plus appréciable et la cuisine est bien fournie en vaisselle. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. La WIFI est assez mauvaise et il faut vraiment se rapprocher de la source pour une bonne connexion. Un peu trop d'escaliers si la famille comporte des personnes âgées, surtout qu'il n'y a pas de toilettes au niveau de la salle à manger, dommage...

Summer 2018 on a beautiful villa

The location and the view of the sea. Nice deckchairs around the pool. the kitchen was redone recently. It's very nice. Traduction Fr : L' emplacement et la vue sur la mer. Beaux transats autour de la piscine. la cuisine a été refaite il y a peu. C'est très sympa.

Perfekte Parkmöglichkeiten, großzügige Terassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten, großer Pool. Super Aussicht. Rundum schönes Haus. Alle waren begeistert. Traduction Fr : Parking parfait, terrasses et sièges spacieux, grande piscine. Superbe vue. Tout autour belle maison. Tout le monde était enchanté.
