"Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental."

"Upon arrival the home was not clean. Furniture, walls, and carpet were disgusting. Home had a bad smell. Oven had food in it which smoked out the home when we used it to cook. Two dining room chairs were missing hardware. The seats were placed on top without screws and my 5 year old fell off when he sat on one. Curtain rod fell off the wall as well. Host was not helpful and just attempted to deflect issues. Vrbo got a us a new place to stay the following day but the host refused to refund the...

"Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience."
