Staff exhibited higher level of professionalism. Room was superb & clean. Fast internet access. Location, Location, Location! Hotel is steps away from Lund Central Station. Very safe & walkable neighborhood with easy access to historic sites, the University main campus, restaurants, cafes, stores, public transportation.

Booked a suite, which was nice, but it was not as nice as advertised. Staff were friendly enough, but in general, it was mostly an average experience. But it is right on point for the cost of the hotel, and there is no need to worry about the hotel's amenities too much with it close to all that Lund has to offer.

Centralt, rent, pænt. Dog kan de slet ikke følge med i morgenmadsrestauranten, når der er fuldt belagt. Der var ikke kaffe, ikke mad, ikke rene tallerkener. Der blev ikke ryddet af bordene. Vi havde valgt hotellet specifikt på grund af badekar på værelset. Der var ingen prop. Personalet lovede at fikse det. Det gjorde de ikke. Personalet er venligt, smilende men meget unge og er tydeligvis underbemandede.

Trevlig två nätters vistelse

Vi bodde tydligen i ett singelrum eftersom sängen var bara 140 cm bred, så vi var tvungna att sova skavfötters. Sängen uppgavs vara queensize på bokningssidan, så vi antog att den var åtminstone 160 cm bred. Frukosten var god, dock utan varm mat (äggröra, korv, gröt...). Servicepersonalen var vänlig och hjälpsam.

Das Standard Zimmer 4. Etage bot eine schöne Aussicht über die Dächer. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß für 1 Person. Für 2 Personen kann es mit Gepäck sehr eng werden. Der WC/ Duschbereich ist nur durch Glasscheibe vom übrigen Raum getrennt. Vor dem WC ist ein Vorhang. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass es keinen persönlichen Kontakt gab. Online Check in/out. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist nicht riesig, aber gut. Nur wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof.
