We loved this hotel! So cute, great location, wonderful breakfast, and we enjoyed the bar downstairs. No AC but there was a fan in each room. Large bathroom and full size shower, lots of storage/space in the room.

Very good location! Our room was set up with beds for five, but the three extra beds took up quite a bit of space in the middle of the room, and we didn’t really need them. The room itself was spacious, but with all the extra beds, we couldn’t really use the couch. If you’re traveling as a larger group, though, this would be perfect! Breakfast was quite busy and a little messy, with lots of dirty dishes left on tables when we came down. Maybe they were short-staffed that morning. I would definitely stay here again, though. The location is great, and you can walk to pretty much everything!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, a bar, and a nice breakfast buffet. If you enjoy a cozy bar vibe and want an evening beer, this is just the spot. Slightly thin walls and a bit of street noise. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

Beautiful old hotel in heart of Malmö

A lovely hotel just a short walk across a canal from Malmö Central Station. Check-in service was through an adjacent pub and there was no front desk. Breakfast buffet was quite good. In many respects the hotel is a gem, in a gem of a city.

Our family room was huge, quiet, and clean. It is very confusing as to where EXACTLY you go to check in. The bar tender checks you in. Our bags were safely stored at the sister property, but our reservation kept making reference to the "main building." Don't let the picture of a major staircase throw you off. There is an elevator. Other than location confusion we enjoyed ourselves.

Not really a hotel at the moment. Under construction, construction noise afternoon and morning, check-in procedures not really great, issues with the bathroom, and so forth. I understand why they want to renovate. A solid 1-star review if not for the breakfast and the friendly staff (not that they were easy to find).

Center location. Great value.

Great hotel in the center of Malmö. The room was spacious and comfortable yet, a little dated. No AC, so during summer gets a little too hot and they just provide a little fan. Breakfast was simple, but good. Note: Check in is at a different location. You actually check in at the bar around the corner (same name). We were having issues getting in the building until a guest showed up and explained this to us. Other than that, the staff was friendly and everything went great.

Check in was a disaster. Took about an hour. Maybe it was a bad day. Not a full-service hotel: no reception, no one to call about anything -- though the pricing is that of a full-service hotel. I wrote to the management to enquire. No response yet -- so I guess that also shows this hotel is "not ready". The room was nice, and the breakfast, at an adjacent hotel, was good.

A fine hotel very close to the station. Room quality was excellent and the bar area was fine. Breakfast was good if a bit chaotic. A string British feel to the place which presumably is the intention with no minimalist furnishings.

Wonderful, professional young man at the front desk when we checked in at midnight. Super comfortable with a spacious room and an amazing breakfast buffet! I would definitely go back if ever in Sweden.

A totally okay hotel if you are mostly planning on just sleeping in the room and if you need to be close to the central station. I really missed having proper "reception" and staff at the hotel. It felt kind of weird that the people working in the bar are also the people doing the check in. Do not expect to find any staff until 16 in the afternoon, there is nobody to assist with your needs. This hotel worked this time due to me coming to Malmö and taking train to Copenhagen most days, but I would definitely not book this hotel if I were to have a vacation in Malmö.
