"Lovely beautiful rooms with city view enjoyed our stay only issue is paid car parking outside the building but not far away… we had a blue badge so they accommodated us inside building next to the main entrance very polite and helpful staff best experience defo coming again "

"Amazing stay… loved our 2 bed apartment! Clean, lots of space & comfortable. Pool and spa was lovely great addition to hotel. My 6 year old also loved the hotel, staff and guests friendly. We did a few walks around the other lakes very beautiful area. Would definitely recommend and visit again. "

The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and breakfast was a real highlight.
