Wonderful staff and the most charming place!
Had a lovely trip to Polencia and was so charmed by both the area and L'hostal. We had the pleasure of getting greeted by the friendliest staff, Joanna was exceptional and extremely helpful. This was a very unique experience I'll remember forever.

Very friendly clean and efficient. I lost my key and they were understanding and replaced it. Left me a packed breakfast for the last day. Hope to go back soon.

Great location, amazing breakfast, very clean
Very clean room. Staff lovely. On a quiet side street about 30m from Plaça Major. The room was a little tired looking and there was no tea tray but otherwise perfectly comfortable. We got a really cheap room through Hotels.com with free breakfast and the breakfast was wonderful: outside Hotel Juma (the sister hotel) on the main square, coffee and a two course meal with plenty of choice. Parking is tricky in Pollença but we always managed to get a space in the free council car park by the bus stop.

Punches above it’s 3 stars. Great location next to the main square good breakfast on the square at sister hotel. Modern decor, clean and comfy.

One Night Stay
Very pleasant one night stay. Lovely and quiet yet just off the main square. Breakfast was taken at the sister hotel (Juma) overlooking the Placa Major, good quality food and service. Friendly check-in and great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location and Economical
Just off of Placa Major, this hotel is modern, clean, and economical. Could not have chosen a better hotel for our 4 night stay. Breakfast was included and provided by the neighboring hotel Juma.

Perfect stay
We adored our stay at this hotel in Pollensa. Such a great picturesque town. This hotel is just off the main square on a quiet street. Great access to everything. Included a nice buffet breakfast. Our room had a lovely terrace.

Recommended over night stop.
Great little hotel, walls a bit thin so noise tends to travel. Great breakfast on the square, however we weren't informed to this until we were checking out. Lots of great restaurants nearby, very reasonably priced.

Nice hotel close to the lovely square in Pollensa
We were greated warmly and we felt welcome throughout . Breakfast brought to our room as we were leaving before 8.30 am - much appreciated! We fully intend to return often. One nice thing we didn't ascertain but would ask next time - could we make coffee/tea for our room , from the tray left out in the reception area . That would have been ideal!

Good location and style - bad sound proofing
Stylish hotel in a great location just off the square in Pollensa. Breakfast is taken in their sister hotel on the square which was nice. The downside is that our room had a connecting door with no soundproofing to the next room. The couple in that room talked and argued all night and it sounded like they were in our room!!!! So a bad nights sleep!

Perfect cycling base
Great base for a cycling holiday with access to the rolling hills as well as mountains. Superb dining options in town, great massage just next door. Beds are on the harder side, but fine after a day of cycling/ working out.

Little pocket of tranquility
Lovely hotel in great position, both rooms were of a very good size and very clean and quiet. The hotel is lovely and small and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is right in the old town center and very convenient to everything. We found Pollensa a much more interesting town than Port de Pollensa.

Lovely hotel but be aware it's an annexe of the Juma Hotel
This is a lovely hotel with beautifully designed and maintained rooms. Breakfast is served at the Juma a short walk up the road - not buffet style so takes a bit of familiarisation. Generous drink and snacks on arrival. You do need to be aware that there are no staff on site here - so don't make the mistake of arriving late like we did. You may not get in (we didn't). Problem resolved satisfactorily though so not a big issue.

L'hostal d'intérieur est l'arrière hôtel du Jura. La chambre est propre et plutôt grande. La literie moyenne, de même pour le servive. Après cela reste un très bon rapport qualité-prix

Das Hotel liegt fantastisch, nur 1 Minute vom Marktplatz entfernt. Es ist ruhig, da die Straße nur für Anwohner ist und am Marktplatz endet-kein Durchgangsverkehr. Die Einrichtung ist gut, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das preis-leistungsvergältnis ist gut, da auch das Frühstück enthalten ist.

Dejlig by uden alt for mange turister. To dejlige torve i by, hvor du kan nyde ferien med en kop kaffe eller et glas vin. Morgenmaden får du på hotel Juma, og hvilken morgenmad :-)

Hotel que permite disfrutar de la zona sin recurrir a los típicos macro-hoteles de playa. Mucho más acogedor. La situación en el cdentro de la población permite prescindir del coche en muchos momentos.

Sehr modern und nett eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage zum Ortszentrum, gleichwohl sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Gehört zum Hotel JUMA, wo es auch das hervorragende Frühstück gibt.

Historisch, romanisches Appartement Hotel
Service, Preis-Leistung, Zentumsnähe, hervorragend... waren über die Fiesta bis zu 2. August zu Gast. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück auf dem Marktplatz, tolle Atmosphäre. Urlauber die Ruhe suchen, sollten diesen Reisezeitraum nicht wählen! Es ist Nachts Fiesta ohne Ende!!!!! Uns hat das sehr gefallen! Jeden Tag bis in die Morgenstunden, wir werden unseren Urlaub wieder in diesem Appartement Hotel in Pollenca verbringen!

Hotel im Zentrum von Pollenca
Hotel in Top-Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Die Rezeption wird vom Hotel Yuma (100 m entfernt) mitbetreut, d. h. man muss manchmal 2 Minuten warten, bis jemand da ist. Frühstück gibt es ebenfalls im Hotel Yuma. Frühstück war top.

Alles unkompliziert. Service immer freundlich.Auch der 3. Cafe con leche zum Frühstück ohne Probleme! Leider einfallsloses Frühstück mit zuwenig Baguette/So&Mo aufgebackene Brötchen, obwohl der Bäcker offen hat. Aber "preiswert" im guten Sinne!

Tolles Hotel in Polenca
Es war herrlich dort! Ganz reizende Versorgung, auch durch das "Schwesterhotel" in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal, es ist alles sehr familiär! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort einchecken!!!! Polenca ist auch ein sehr schöner Ort. Wer allerdings Strandurlaub machen möchte, ist hier nicht richtig aufgehoben.

Pleins de bonnes choses sur cet hotel, mais en plus des qualités de l'hotel le plus appreciable est la chaleur du personnel.
