Fantastic farmhouse and location
We had a wonderful week with 3 generations of family to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. The farmhouse was very comfortable and location was perfect. We were very grateful for the aircon as the temperature got up to 37 degrees. However the white plastic garden furniture is in urgent need of replacement several dining chairs were broken and some sun loungers were lethal one collapsed as my 3 month pregnant daughter in law lay on it. The dishwasher was on its last legs. I understand that somewhere that accommodates 12 people is going to have a lot of wear and tear but these faults need to be addressed before someone gets hurt. I mentioned it to Marionella and she said she must do something about it. That said we had a fabulous holiday.

A wonderful finca - even better than the photos suggest!
A spacious house and gardens with plenty of all-together areas as well as secluded spots for some quiet reading or sunbathing. A fabulous pool, large and well-equipped kitchen (plus a second fridge and chest freezer in the utility room); comfortable bedrooms all with en-suites and a handy self-contained yet integrated annex. Location is nice and quiet, only a few minutes from the local town of Calonge and a 7-min drive to Cala D’Or. Clean, well-maintained and homely, it was a brilliant place for our large, 3-generation family holiday - we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful farmhouse .
Was on holiday with my children and granchildren from age 1 to 65. We have never had such a wonderful holiday. This villa has absoloutely beautiful gardens and between that and the pool it made our holiday. We hardly ever went jnto Cala dor or the beach as none of us wanted to leave the gardens. I would reccomend this place and hopefully we will be able to return next year.

Beautiful property fantastic for mixed family groups
Great layout of house and gardens offering focal points for guests to get together in the sun or shade whilst also providing private spaces and quiet areas for other times. Superb for mixed family groups.

Idyllic farmhouse holiday

Wonderful Farmhouse
A beautiful property in lovely grounds with a wonderful pool. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation. I would recommend a car. We arrived late with young children and there was no welcome pack so had to find a late night shop.

Great house countryside location but a car hire a must security good be better
Lovely old house beautiful pool could do with up to date information on surrounding area with regards to taxis etc and better security as in the middle of now where Could do with a little more attention on the cleaning even though the house is old this shouldn’t affect the cleanliness of the property

Peaceful haven
We all made good use of the lovely pool and enjoyed the beautiful gardens. It was so peaceful at all times. The house was well equipped with constant hot water, towels and plenty of space. It was sad to leave ☹️

A wonderful home from home
This ancient farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay. It has the charm you only get when a place has been with the same people for a long time. Rooms are cosy and the garden is splendid. Being just a short drive from great restaurants and beautiful beaches is another bonus. Some bedrooms are on the ground floor make it accessible for wheelchair users. We all loved it!

Lovely holiday in the old farmhouse
Our family spent 3 lovely weeks here. It is a beautiful well-maintained place. We really enjoyed the pool, the great barbecue and the spacious garden. Nearby is a small village with a very nice restaurant where we hade some wonderful family dinners. Morag was lovely and very attentive to our needs. We will come back❤️

Perfect family birthday celebration week
It’s a wonderful property and exceeds all expectations, which are already set high from the website pictures. The garden is exceptionally beautiful and well taken care of. We had a week of sitting around the big outdoor table shaded by vines, BBQs galore and lazing around the lovely pool. It’s in a remote, quite setting but actually very close to the town and coast. Although once you arrive you don’t want to leave! Thank you for making our holiday so special. It worked from the ages of 6 to 80 and a lot in between. Very happy days.

Fantastic place for a magical family holiday
There is nothing not to like about this spacious and tastefully maintained Finca. It would meet anyone's requirements from a quiet lounge where more elderly relatives can escape the younger members as they play table tennis under the vines, to a great pool which is deep enough for the most active members. The BBQ area is large enough to cater for an outdoor party for many and the outdoor eating area is equally generous. The gardens are beautiful and extensive with various areas to sit or lounge in comfort, in sun or shade. The farmhouse itself has both period features and modern, well appointed bedrooms and ensuites which would match any upmarket hotel. All are airconditioned. Our whole party, aged from 13-70 years were very reluctant to leave.

Large, very charming house with a beautiful property and garden.
We really enjoyed our vacation. We stayed as a family in three generations and the house was absolutely perfect. It is very spacious with en suite bathrooms to each bedroom. Extremely well equipped and we also enjoyed the pool and large garden. The surroundings are beautiful with sheep and horses and the small village of Calonge within walking distance. Cala d Or with beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The house felt like a true home and both the owner and the manager were so pleasant. Thank you so much for having us!

Eine wunderbare Finca
Für Familien allerbestens geeignet. Es fehlte an nichts, das Hausmanagement ist hervorragend, der Erholungswert ist perfekt. Wir waren 4 Familien, 13 Personen zwischen 3 und 71 und alles war wegen der Großzügigkeit der Anlage völlig stressfrei. Empfehlung!

Bonita y amplia casa con jardín espectacular y piscina
La casa muy cómoda y una piscina de tamaño perfecto. Barbacoa muy buena. El mayor problema, las hormigas, que estaban en todas partes. Muy buen servicio de soporte, ya que nos cambiaron el lavavajillas (que estaba roto) y fumigaron la casa (aunque volvieron las hormigas a los dos días). Se nota una poco de falta de mantenimiento al ser antigua, pero aún así, muy contentos!

We had a wonderful time! We celebrated our 40 years wedding anniversary with our kids and two grandchilds. The house has a lot of space and has everything you need! the garden is really breathtaking. Swimming pool was also clean and nice. The only thing we would recommend is to change the mattresses and to stabilize the beds. Especially the one in the appartement. Another negative point was the presence of cockroaches! The beach and village are nice; you do need a car. It is too far to walk. We invited a personal cook and had a wine tasting in the beautiful garden!

Recommend for big groups
After two years trying we finally get the trip and visited this beautiful villa. The house is lovely and there is enough place for 13 people. Location is also great so you can walk to the village Calonge and you have plenty of restaurants and activities in Cala d'or. Although we had a very nice week in Se Serra Mitjana we have a few complains: the pool wasn't clean when we arrived but it was cleaned after we mentioned it. Also the air conditioning didn't work in every room. Because the villa is old and at the country side you have to accept the ants and the mouses. The weirdest thing was that even we kept the gate and the doors closed someone outsider visited in the house and steals from us new clothes, hats, backpack and other little belongings. We reported the burglar to the police/ civil guardia. Otherwise we had a really good time.

De locatie is voortreffelijk. De enige opmerking die wij allen hadden is; Slechte bedden en matrassen, deze zijn aan vervanging toe. Gezien de prijs voor 9 dagen met 11 personen vinden wij dat je goede bedden en matrassen moet hebben. Voor de rest was het super.

Heaven. Personal. Dreamhouse.
Wauw. We had such a beautiful stay. The energie is great. It really feels like home. The pool is big. The garden is insane. The house so personal. I liked that every bedroom had is own bathroom and toilet. The location is perfect. A lot of nice beaches near the house. A supermarket in the neighbourhood. Kitchen big enough for the family. And the outside bbq is very nice. We will come back!

Great vacation in this house
We went 3 families together (6 adults and 7 children) and this house was great for a week in Cala D’or. The pool area and the terrace (were we had all our meals) were simply perfect for our group. We loved it. Really nice quit area and garden. Indoor seem a little dark and equipped with many furnitures, but the bedrooms are simple and really nice. The house is very well equipped with towells, everything you need in the kitchen, parasols and play-things for the beach etc. A car is needed to get around as the villa is in the middle of a small road between Calonge and Cala D’or. Thank you for a perfect Mallorcan week
