"Everything is good except the breakfast. The breakfast itself is ok but there were fliers on the meats and cheese. After seeing them, I didn’t feel like eating anymore."
"The staff were very friendly. Our room including the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Disposable slippers and still and sparkling water were provided with a surprise. Though the room was a bit pricey, I would still highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay with a walkable distance to Lugano Station."

"Staff were all kind and helpful (shoutout to Leila). Hotel is clean and it’s really gorgeous. Great for those looking for a luxury, boutique feeling hotel. The view to the lake was out of this world. Breakfast was good, and we tried their pizza and it was phenomenal. "
