"Excellent location! When you arrive at the train station, take the funicular down and as soon as you get off turn right- the hotel is in that back corner beside cafe Milano. Rooms were recently renovated, great breakfast, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. "

We arrived late and left early the next day. The staff was kind, though we sensed some slightly unusual vibes. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with any enquiry, our breakfast was wonderful and had a good selection for all. The room s hotel and pool were very clean and couldn’t fault anything the waiters and bar staff by the pool were fantastic and made our stay very welcoming."

It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!"
