Otherwise, I rate the staff of four star because I understand that ballet was pretty busy the night that I was there, but the valet was kind of rude. This specific guy opened my door and told me to hurry up, he said “thanks” and then closed my door right after. "

"It was definitely a beautiful hotel! Staff members were all amazing & answered any questions I had. Room service was even more amazing with a view of the city! Looking for a lovely weekend getaway go try out The Statler! It’s beautiful & let’s start with the waterproof upstairs was the highlight of the trip! The amazing bartenders were the amazing souls I’ve met! I’ll be back soon!! Thanks again for an unforgettable experience! "

"Hotel was very well decorated for the price of the rooms. Room was very clean. One issue with a/c not working but management was quick to move me to another room. Seemed other guests had same issues in other rooms. Both rooms had great views of downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods and drinks available. Despite being next to Dart rail the hotel and rooms were very quiet. A definite choice for my next visit. "
