"The location is perfect for a day in the city. Close to everything. The staff was friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange with the service offered 24 hours. I was transported at 3:20 am to the airport saving the cost of an Uber and assured safety at the hour. The gym was under renovations so I knocked off points for that the the lobby and care area are very tight so that’s not so appealing. However the rooms were large and inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I would recommend staying there is you are enjoying a couple of days in the city exploring. It’s in the heart of so many shops and places to eat. "

"I've booked the last room over the Memorial Day Weekend when we've decided to leave the campground due to cold temperatures. It was the best decision and beautiful, welcoming and affordable place in the prime location. If I ever have a chance to return to Acadia it will be Anchorage Motel only. Thank you for saving our mini vacation!"

"Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. "
