"We had a great stay at Paseo! The staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is going down to pool in the morning I asked if we could have pool towels twice since none were an available. They said they would be coming out of the dryer very soon. If the pool opens at 8 am why isn’t there towels available? We didn’t get to the pool. till 9:30. The other thing was the lounge chair cushions looked worn or dirty. We will had a great time!"

"Great place for a beautiful beach get away. Things we loved. You are on the sand. Place was clean. Couch was really comfy. Close to amazing restaurants and all kind of things to do. It's on the quieter side of Newport. Which we loved. Neighbors did have some parties but kept it pretty quiet after 10 because there is a noise ordinance. We had some other issues but management helped with that. We had a great summer family vacay there. Water is warmer in August just FYI. Really enjoyed the large patio for morning devotionals and meals!"

"The space of both upper and lower units was great! A bathroom in the lower unit is missing a shower door, so there was a lot of water to clean up after showers. Location is great, easy to find parking, quiet beach access is right there! Definitely recommend!"

"My initial experience was horrible, but after talking to host and VRBO representative I was afforded comfortable accommodations and upgrade at no cost. The room I was given had a balcony and it was CLEAN! This place was across street from beach, had a mini fridge and coffee pot with tv inside only. There is an area on 1st floor that has microwave, coffee pot and water dispenser. Ooh yeah, balcony rooms are facing street so the car traffic during day can be loud but at night is is quiet. I will now stay here again."
