"This is my FIRST public review but I had to notify. The pre check in process and check in process is absolutely terrible. I’ve now tried three different times / stays after choosing the Pasea previously to make this property work. It doesn’t and the coordination of rooms and requests isn’t worth the hassle. I am a personal and business traveler of Hilton elsewhere and really wanted this to work but it does not. I requested and pre called multiple days in advance on multiple trips stating our family’s arrival time, a crib for the room for our 8 month old, and a hypo allergenic request. I also booked a premium room with extra living room. None of which were ready or prepared on time on 3 separate stays. I’ve honestly never stayed at a property that had a 4pm check in time to begin with but then to have us check in AFTER 4pm with multiple days notice is wild. We stayed for 2 days as a family and didn’t check in until after 4 on our first night…. That’s basically an entirely paid night wasted. It’s honestly a shame because the staff is great with the exception of the team who prioritize arrivals and requests. I have rated properties globally on behalf of a very trusted organization, and this property would have aggressively failed. The property did extend credits to us after the fact but I wasn’t expecting anything other than what was promised and expected as a guest. We’ll be staying next door at the Pasea and if you’re a traveling family. You probably should as well."

"Air conditioning was not working properly and the room was facing away from the breeze coming through so our room was really uncomfortable. The bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was so sofft it collapses in the center. The tub looked dirty. Location was great but otherwise I would not stay here again or rexommend others to stay here. "

"About in line with what I expected for the price point. Safe neighborhood, free parking, outdated but pretty clean and safe for a two night place to sleep. Staff was friendly. Located close to the freeway so it was easy to get to Disneyland and the beach. "
