"Great staff who are very helpful and friendly , if singles or couples then Pods are great for getting to and from T5, excellent value for money."

"Had to leave £20 cash or my ID to get the key, super noisy inside and outside until about 2am, bed was rock hard and pillows were flat. Felt safe though and had a private bathroom which for the money is probably all you can ask for."

"Staff were attentive and professional. Not the best breakfast I have had and the tea was poured by the waiting staff and therefore had to wait for them to be available. Not what you expect from a highly end hotel. However, that aside I would stay again but not have breakfast. All other aspects were very good."

"The internet was available but so slow couldn’t do important work stuff that was due. Called front desk they were of no help We had a total of 2 other devices we shut these off hoping internet would get quicker. No such luck"

"The room service food was poor. Over priced for a pretty shoddy dish. We paid £50 for two dishes, soft drinks and tea. That we would be OK but the duck salad was a joke. "
