"We were disappointed that the air conditioner was broken and we had a few window units. They were noisy and not very efficient. We got the note about the AC almost a month before our stay. Seems like they had time to fix it… We were told there was no pack n play for the toddler that was traveling with us and was sent a link to rent it??? That is one thing that absolutely should be provided by the property. So we stopped on the way from the airport to purchase one which was cheaper than renting one from the link. When we arrived there we found…a pack n play in one of the closets. Nice, but took valuable time both purchasing and returning ours. Frustrating. Great location, close to wonderful beaches, turtles and seals! There was a closet at the property that was SO helpful, it had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and goggles. We were very grateful for these and got lots of use out of them."

"My family of six adults stayed here for the first week in July. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The house is just beautiful. And it’s furnished very comfortably with everything you could possibly want, including loads of small appliances, cookware, dishes, towels, etc and so many pantry staples. All the beach gear was exactly as promised and in great shape! The views from the lanai were wonderful! It was so lovely to sit out there and have breakfast every morning looking at the ocean. The A/C worked very well. We only used it in the bedrooms at night, and kept the main living area open to the outside, including the high windows over the front door for cross ventilation, and we always had the fans on. Everything we wanted to do in the Koloa area was a 6 to 8 minute drive away so this was an ideal location. It was about a 17 minute walk along the greenbelt to a swimmable beach (Poipu), but with a wagon to help we managed to get a cooler, six beach chairs, two umbrellas and all of our beach gear there no problem. Finally, Raff is an exceptional host! He was excellent communicating with us! There were virtually no issues, but the couple of questions we did have he responded to immediately. Additionally the departure procedures were minimal and easy to take care of, which allowed us to leave with our Aloha spirit intact! A perfect vacation! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
