"We had a good stay at the Aquastar hotel. However, the water coming out of the tap of the Jacuzzi (the main reason for chosing the hotel) obviously comes out of the sea more or less uncleaned and therefore was brownish and smelled like seaweed making it uncomfortable to use. Also the beach was full of seaweed and smelled accordingly. While the natural phenomenon is of course not the hotel's fault, not cleaning the site (as opposed to other parts of the beautiful beach) is. The hotel and room...

"Loved that this property was out of town and away from the hustle and bustle. Also appreciated that it had no tv or cell service. It had wifi but just enough strength to check emails or send out a text, which is fine. The beach had sea grass on it but that is to be expected as it’s an eco friendly resort you don’t expect them to drag a tractor up and down the beach to clean it up. "It was fine the desk clerk helped with further transportation and the bar up the street was great"

"The room was so bad and had a very strong odor of sewer in the room. The toilet was missing the toilet seat. The air conditioner worked but had circuit boards hanging out of it. We checked in, Went to dinner and came back and checked out. We should have been charged 1 night for cancellation but were charged 5 nights. This is one of the worse places that I have dealt with. We have never given a bad review on a hotel. We can put up with alot. This place was over the top in a bad way."
