"The service was exceptional. The breakfast omelets were fabulous. Rosa in animation was enthusiastic! Abigail and Gina in reception were delightfully welcoming. Julian and Jesus were terrific bellboys. Itzel was pleasant and helpful with assorted issues. Although there are a couple of new bicycles, they still need MORE new bicycles. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was particularly humid this visit. The beach was super clean and the lounge chairs and umbrellas were great for sunbathing and enjoying the days and the sunsets. I always thoroughly enjoy my stays at Hotel Emporio and I will continue to do so on future visits. The staff is dedicated to making everything wonderful for me as a guest and I truly appreciate all of their smiles and kind gestures in serving me. "

"We have stayed here many times. We were a bit early in the season this time so the Brisas Beach Club wasn't up and running for the first few days. They served us in the lounge and the buffet and we were happy. The staff is friendly and many have been there for years. We were greeted by several when we arrived. The housekeeping does a good job and are happy to help out with any requests. The gardeners do a fantastic job looking after the huge and beautiful property. We love being able to see the ocean from the lounge and our room. We will return soon."

"Everyone went above & beyond and were so genuinely nice and helpful!! My Housekeeper, Rose was amazing. I loved being surprised each day with the towel animals she left for me. She even made a butterfly out of my sheer blinds. I will return!!"

They served a variety of fruits, drinks, and main course meals and desserts. Walking distance from a pharmacy and local vendors. "
