El personal sobrevendio habitaciones y sacó nuestras cosas de la habitación sin nuestro concentimiento y nos querían cobrar más por asignarnos una nueva habitación, al final tuvieron que proporcionarnos una suite para poder mantener nuestra estancia ya que fue problema del hotel, no lo recomiendo busquen algún hotel de la zona hotelera

Es una excelente opción para descansar en vacaciones, con una excelente ubicación y fácil acceso para ir a playas de Zihuatanejo, la playa más cerca es el Palmar que está a 7 min caminando y en auto a 2 minutos
