"No one at front desk for at least 30 minutes. Had to call a couple of different numbers until someone answered and came out to check us in. Attendant couldn't find my paid reservation. Had to pay differently. Their terminal wasn't working according to the attendant. Had to pay cash."

"Food was okay! What i did not like is only two elevators were working. There was a lot of people waiting in line. Pool was not too clean. And overall it really sucked because thanks to airline Aeromexico we lost a day at the hotel."
