"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"

"Nothing can beat this location in the very center of Insbruck! Also, great service and parking availability until 3 p.m. the day of the checkout! No food becides breakfast, but there is plenty of great choices around. The only downside was the lack of a small fridge. Overall, wonderful for a short stay! Don't miss the glacier skiing!"
