Room temperature was musty had to call constantly to get the air going only to find out the last day the room ac has a sensor that knows when you’re in the or out of the room to turn off or on. Restaurants closed early and no room service after 11pm. Over all it was convenient to stay here very centric but the hotel itself was alright considering it’s “known for Cristiano Ronaldo” could’ve been better

Fantastic location in the heart of Gran Via. The property oozed class and quality, and the staff were magnificent.

The best of this hotel is its location and that it is clean. Unfortunately there is too much traffic to take the elevators (I had to wait like 10min more than once), mainly beacuse of the rooftop. But the worse part is the AC system they have with sensors, when you go out of the room it turns off sutomatically, and when you get back in it goes on again but it takes 45 min to start cooling; evertime i´d come bakc i´d be sweating so much in the room, I had to keep the room´s door to open to get the room to a better temperature because the hallways were cooler.

I would not recommend this hotel at all; the only 2 good things are the location and that it is clean. The AC has a sensor which only works when yopu are in the room, so when you come back it is so hot and it takes forever to cool, I was literally sweating every time I would come back to the room until 45-50 minutos after that it starts to cool. Tha eleveator is a problem, it takes forever when you call, mainly beacuse there is a rooftop and there is a lot of traffic (there should be an elevator exclusive for guests). Also there is a foreign guy at the main door who is very rude.
