Amazing apartment in the most desirable location in Madrid! It’s right in the middle of all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. I also loved the convenience of the app and how easy everything was. I would definitely stay here again and will be back!

This is a lovely modern studio apartment with an amazing location in the centre of Madrid. Despite the fact it is central, it is also quiet. The bed is very comfortable and there is a very good shower. The place was very clean. Check in and communications were really easy and efficient.

What an excellent stay!! Staff so helpful, property is very central, convenience store right next door. Apartment spotlessly clean, complimentary water was welcomed. We enjoyed a game of cards and a few beers on the roof terrace one evening. 10/10- would return to Madrid and would stay again here

This property uses self check-in with no staff on site to help. Everything, from getting your access codes to entering the building and your room, runs through your smartphone. That means you need to arrive with a charged phone, a working data plan or active Wi-Fi connection, and enough comfort with apps and digital platforms to work through the process on your own. If your battery is low, your roaming isn't working, or you're not tech-savvy, you may have real trouble getting into the building. After a long day of travel, that's a stressful surprise, and I think the hotel should make this much clearer when you book. Once we were in, though, the stay was very enjoyable. The room was modern, spotless, and well designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location near Puerta del Sol is also excellent for exploring Madrid on foot. I'd recommend this hotel, especially for confident, connected travelers. Just prepare ahead: charge your phone, confirm your data works in Spain, and read the check-in instructions before you arrive.

This is a fine property. I would have rated it 4 stars but I want to get the attention of the fellow seniors. This property was not designed seniors in mind it isn’t safe for most seniors. Here are the details: Positives: 1) location is perfect as it’s in the middle of everything. Walking distance to most attractions. 2) property is clean and well maintained. 3) AI they use for customer service is a bit weird but okay. 4) their communication is good and effective. Negatives: 1) shower is very slippery even without soap. With soap on your feet, it’s very slippery and no grab bars to hold on to. 2) beds are so high you need a ladder to climb up to the bed. I’m 5’8” (175 cm). Bed height is at my hip level. Normally it should be around knee level. One can easily hurt his back trying to get up to the bed. 3) rooms are too small for king size beds especially the smaller one. No room move around the bed. 4) blankets seem to be for queen bed as they barely reach the edge of the king bed. 3) kitchen area and bath room are very small.
