Smooth check in/check out although the hotel is not well signed from the station exit we used. Excellent breakfast buffet and good value evening meal.

Great hotel location next to station, very handy from that aspect. It will be even better once all the construction works at and around the station are complete as that was not great. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was a highlight. If stay here really need to prepare to jump on a train or cab into town as there is very limited options in the area around the hotel itself.

Location near the train station was great. Room was as well. But, the water in the hotel was turned off for 5 hours. Had to brush teeth using bottled water. And the room was very warm and no climate control. Only option was to open window, which is ok except quite noisy

Convenient for transport to and from the airport. A basic very clean room with easy access to Madrid airport. A VERY GOOD VALUE. A bit hard to find even if you know Chatmartine Station. The station has CHANGED DRASTICALLY!!!!

My favorite thing was the breakfast! It was an amazing spread. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The only issue was my own misunderstanding of the location. I thought it was central, but it is not. It is right next to a train station and a Metro, so it's easy to get everywhere, but it's about 20 minutes from most central areas. It's also huge, so you don't have the personal experience of a boutique hotel. But it's clean and the breakfast is great!

So convenient to Chamartín station, I always stay here when traveling by train from Valladolid. Construction has been ongoing at the station, but once you find the hotel, it’s very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing.
