Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Room was clean and the overall hotel was too. Only drawback is it was far, 25 min, to Madrid center.

Excellent stay, nice & quiet and big rooms. Just a couple of things for anyone staying to note - They charge to use the kitchen, which was a hit odd, although they provided everything once you stayed. The rooms are getting a bit tired, ours had a shower that wouldn’t stay up, and some of the fixtures and fittings were tired/broken.

great place with good staff.. confortable and - The hotel is located next to a parl where the city hall host large parties with loud music - That is rhe only negative things. everything else is OK.. Our Room had kit heck but we had to oay to use.. that does not make sense but wll went well

The room was large and comfortable. I never want to eat at the restaurant again, they forgot my son's food and added an extra soft drink to the bill. It was the bos who took our order and didn't even apologize for forgetting the last burger.

Check in fue terrible, estuvimos 1 hora de Reloj para que nos dieran habitación, solo una persona atendiendo y una lentitud que no había visto nunca en ningún Hotel. Por lo demás todo correcto y limpio, pero nos cortó el rollo venir cansados y tener que estar 1 hora esperando en recepción.
