Ne nuit suffit

La chambre n est pas confortable, exigue, impossible de ranger la valise et surtout les cloisons sont si minces que l on entend les discussions des voisins Par contre l emplacement est tres bien.

Lo que más me gustó es su ubicación. Lo que menos me gustó el ruido en la habitación, parecía que durmamos en la calle, no esta nada insonorizado.

Bien situado en pleno centro, la réception está enfrente en otro hostal, la limpieza es hasta las 11 lo que es muy corto, la tele muy pequeña, la climatización mucho ruido no me dejó dormir bien, el resto sencillo.

En la habitación que estuve, oía todo lo que pasaba en las habitaciones colindantes, por ejemplo se escuchaba personas teniendo sexo, otros en partidos de fútbol y los otros conversando, al parecer las paredes son de papel, cartón, por este motivo no recomendaría este lugar. Por último no recomendaría tampoco porque no tienen consignas y te envían a un lugar que es de pago 7.95€.

I’ve liked Zamoran especially for the position. All the services were good, I’ve appreciated the shower. A bad thing was the smoke smell at the time of check-in.

Ubicación excepcional. Baño privado. pero lo que no me gustó supera con creces lo positivo del establecimiento. Habitación MUY ruidosa. No tiene buen aislamiento con el exterior y se escuchaba todo lo de la calle, que ademas es muy transitada. Por la noche se oyen los gritos y sobre las 2 de la mañana pasa la limpieza. La habitación bastante sucia. Mucho polvo por las superficies, puse camisetas en el armario, dobladas y se mancharon de polvo. La puerta del armario no cerraba, todo el mobiliario en general muy viejo excepto las camas, pero son de 90X180. Quién tiene esas camas hoy en día? Mido 1'88. mi habitación en concreto no tenía encendida la calefacción y tampoco había forma de ponerla porque no tenía las llaves, menos mal que no ha hecho mucho frío.La televisión está colocada tan alta que solo se ven sombras oscuras. El cuarto de baño tiene una buena ducha. Pero también está muy viejo y muy sucio por las zonas menos usadas, sobre todo la luz y la repisa para poner las cosas del neceser. Otra cosa que me sorprendió es que no había gel ni champú. Pregunté a otros huéspedes y tampoco. En resumen, alquilé este hostal por céntrico y porque era lo mas barato con baño incluido. Repetiría? Si no hubiera otra opción y lo necesitara si, pero no es confortable para descansar.

Falta de limpieza total

La habitación tenía muchísimo polvo, pelusas y pelos tanto por el suelo como en las mantas de la cama, el cabecero de la cama...en fin, por todos lados. La bañera tenía moho por todos los rincones, la mampara con restos de champú de otro huésped, el espejo sucio, el suelo sucio de toda la habitación... El ascensor no funcionaba y tampoco el personal de recepción mostraba una disposición para la solución de ese problema.

Rude staff, very noisy, dirty, smoking smell

Foot traffic of loud people walking all night long. Cigarette smoking from every corner, coming up from the street mainly, but also from the people who clean the room. Unreasonably rude staff will have an attitude to any requests you may have. They do not know how to provide customer service. You are a bother to them. Reception across the street into a different building. Disgusting bathroom conditions. Bare minimums in the room.

El hotel está en una situación excelente y cómodo

Las instalaciones del hotel pesimas (no funcionaba la tv, nii el agua caliente del lavabo). La limpieza fatal,días que no se hacia la habitación( limpieza , ni cama y no se cambiaban las toallas ). La bañera resbaladiza, muy alta y estrecha para entrar y salir con el peligro que eso supone para un cliente. Advertías de la situación de la habitación y las carencias, caso omiso.
