Excellent place to stay in the heart of Madrid. Very illuminated place, magnificent view and a great environment around, with excellent dining places. The main bathroom is very small, but there second one which is good. There was a problem with the electricity during our stay, but the team solved the issue quickly. Even with that. I recommend the place. it is just great. My family was amazed by the location, the view, the comfort, etc. Thanks to Justin for the attentions on our arrival.

The place is HUGE, clean and well furnished. It's right in the middle of all the action. Steps from Gran Via and many restaurants and tapas bars. It is noisy outside at night until 2am but the windows do a great job of blocking it. We slept well once the windows were shut. The only issue we had is that the checkout process outside of business hours is not clear and the property management was not responsive even at 9am on Sun. There were so many positives, I would still recommend this place and I would not hesitate to book again if our travels brings us back to Madrid!

The location is the best! You are located in the middle of a lively and convenient location. Close to everything. The plumbing was an issue. You can’t flush anything in the toilet. I could deal with that. But our friends took the bedroom with the bathroom. We were assigned the guest bath. The shower fixture was not operating correctly so we showered under a small drip of water. The toilet flush button is not working correctly so you have to press outside of the button to get the toilet to stop flushing and the sink did not drain appropriately. In other words - they need a plumber! But if you are aware of this you and can tolerate it, the view alone makes this inconvenience-worth it!!

Estuvimos tres noches cinco adultos. El departamento es bastante amplio, cómodo y cuenta con todos los servicios q ofrecen. La ubicación muy céntrica, pudimos caminar a todos los puntos de interés, además de tiendas y restaurantes para todos los presupuestos. Muy recomendable, sin duda regresaremos.

Me ha parecido muy acogedor,limpio,amplio, moderno,en definitiva,que me ha encantado. Lo único que se podría mejorar es la entrada al edificio, pero eso es imposible, por lo tanto ya está bien.
