The place was clean & the condition was OK ... the staff were fine but not very friendly ... no amenities, and the garden dining was a big ugly & neglected ... but the room was comfortable & clean

It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

Silencioso y tranquilo, personal amable, limpio. No me gustó que el día de el check in no estaba disponible mi habitación y me trasladaron con mi familia a otro hotel del cual me corrieron al día siguiente de forma brusca y tuve que pagar un taxi nuevamente al hostal. Alrededor no hay comercios y poco sitios donde comer.

El alojamiento esta cerca de las vías de tren, cuando llegué en un principio pensé que me habías equivocado, por fuera parecía puti club. Nada mas entrar a la habitación fuerte olor a tabaco, paredes pintadas en azul oscuro, todo sucio y viejo, daba miedo estar.

Ce n est pas ce qu on attend d un 3 etoiles.... les finitions sont bacles, les murs sont trop fins et c est donc bruyants (les espagnols parlant fort)... mais tous ca passe encore qu en on y est juste pour faire dodo! Ce qui est redibitoire c est l odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre surtout quand on est non fumeur et qu on demande une chambre non fumeur et la fenetre qui ne pouvait pas se verouiller!

Desagradável - Gerente mal educado

O local fica afastado de Madri. Dependendo do horário não tem transporte público para voltar. Não tem frigobar nos quartos e nenhuma geladeira na propriedade. Tem uma máquina que vende comidas e bebidas, contudo essa máquina constantemente trava e rouba as moedas dos clientes. O Gerente do local é sem educação não sabe tratar os hóspedes e é conivente com o roubo da máquina, chegando ao extremo de acusar os hóspedes de quererem enganar a propriedade para pedir reembolso (preço máximo 1,8 euro). Enquanto aguardava o horário do meu trem vi 3 hóspedes com problemas na máquina.. Quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas. Não recomendo!

Séjour gâché par un employé malveillant

Séjour vraiment gâché par un des employés désagréable limite psychopathe (il se reconnaitra, ses 2 autres collègues étaient plutôt sympathiques). L’hôtel a une pièce avec un distributeur de sandwiches/boissons/café. Et à certains moment de la journée un micro ondes est apparemment mis à disposition. Sauf qu'un jour, ma compagne y chauffe un plat, un des employés arrête le micro ondes, sort le plat, débranche le four et part avec sans autre explication. Le lendemain, il frappe 2 fois à notre porte, et lorsque j'ouvre, il frappe a une autre porte et ne donne aucune explication...Et en parallèle, il avait toujours besoin de nous surveiller lorsque nous étions assis a la terrasse de l’hôtel. En conclusion, est ce que ce type se conduit comme ça avec tout le monde ? ou n'aime t-il pas les français ? ou bien s'agit-il d'autre chose.

O nosso quarto estava em manutenção e o gerente nos encaminhou via táxi prontamente para uma apart hotel próxima ao local com o check in realizado.Fiquei muito satisfeita com o comprometimento e a rápida solução. Embora não foi como o programado, a rápida solução compensou e não nos trouxe transtornos.
