The space
Although completely remodeled, the house retains its classic style—a perfect blend of quality and style down to the last detail.

It is located on the second floor and features a private interior courtyard on Santiago Street, right in the heart of the city.

A spacious 95m² apartment with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Access from the entry hall requires climbing a short flight of stairs or using the private lift leading to the apartment’s main entrance.

It consists of:
- A spacious and bright living-dining room.
- 3 cosy bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed, each with a private bathroom.
- 2 shared bathrooms, all equipped with towels and a hair dryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. Access to the patio from the kitchen.
- Private interior patio set up for hosting group lunches and dinners, weather permitting, as it is not covered.
