The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. "This apartment is clean and bright as illustrated It is well-located, being close to Gran Via, the Palace, Plaza Espana, the University and about a 25-minute walk to the Prado, the Thyssen and the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen has the basics (but you will surely be eating out!). An English translation of the washer/dryer manual would be very useful"

"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...
